Explanation:

A presentation coordinated by The Department of Public Works on All City Ads, LLC, which allows for advertising on the City’s residential trash containers. This agreement, now finalized, is for a five-year term, with an option for renewal.

As part of the agreement, all advertisements must be approved by the city before they can be placed. All City Ads, LLC is required to meet several conditions, including maintaining a valid City of Hollywood Local Business Tax Receipt, holding the necessary county and state licenses, and ensuring there are no unresolved code violations or outstanding fees with the City. Additionally, advertisements must comply with content guidelines, ensuring they do not contain defamatory material or violate intellectual property or privacy rights.

Under the terms of the agreement carried out, All City Ads will collect the advertising revenues generated from the trash containers, with the City receiving 25% of the total revenue. These funds will be directed into the Environmental Services accounts and may be used to help reduce solid waste fees for City residents.
