In accordance with the City of Hollywood requirements, the applicant has submitted a request for Quasi-Judicial Hearing. Therefore, the City of Hollywood’s Quasi-Judicial Hearing Procedures and Rules for Ex-Parte Communications (hereinafter referred to as “Quasi-Judicial Procedures”) shall apply.
