Explanation:
A promising young football player and McArthur High School student, Lashauan Stephen, died at 15 years of age because of a tragic vehicular accident on September 26, 2020. Lashaun was riding in the bed of a pickup truck at the time of the accident. Mayor Josh Levy, who will honor Lashauan Stephen by reading a proclamation in his honor, has asked the Hollywood Police Department to provide a traffic safety awareness presentation after the reading of the proclamation.
