Explanation:
The Office of Human Resources would like to settle this 2006 workers’ compensation claim. This settlement has been authorized by the City’s excess workers’ compensation carrier which will reimburse the City the $350,000.00 settlement amount.
Commission approval is required to execute the settlement with Mr. Culling.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding is available in the FY 2024 Operating Budget in account number 558.112006.51900.591930.000000.000.000 - Workers’ Compensation.
