Explanation:

The Police Department applied and was awarded $25,813.56 in funding for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety High Visibility Enforcement Program to provide overtime to educate the public in safe driving, walking and biking. There is no required match for this grant.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

If approved, grant funding in the amount of $25,813.56.00 will be appropriated in the FY 2026 Operating Budget of the Police Grants Fund (Fund 113) as detailed in Exhibit 1.
