Explanation:

This Resolution seeks the approval and authorization of certain budgetary adjustments and transfers to identified line item accounts in the previously approved FY 2014 budget for the Central Services Fund, Fund 57 (R-2013-275). This Resolution adjusts and revises the budgeted Net Position for the Central Services Fund 57 first approved pursuant to Resolution R-2013-275 adopting and approving the FY 2014 Operating Budget to the audited total Net Position as of September 30, 2013.
