Explanation:

 

SECOND READING:

At first reading the Commission voted to change the capacity for Type A Commercial Vehicles from “one ton or more” to “more than one ton”.  Other minor edits were made for simplicity and clarification purposes.

 

FIRST READING:

The ordinance amends Chapters 72 of the Code of Ordinances to amend the definition of commercial vehicles to remove the advertising criteria and increase the size limits. 

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

This initiative will use current resources and staffing, with no additional cost to the City.
