Explanation:
The CRA recently sold the Property. The building located on the Property has an eyebrow that encroaches into the public right-of way and has so encroached for many years. As a part of the closing of the sale of the Property, City and CRA staff agreed to submit to the City Commission for its consideration the attached Revocable License Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is revocable by the City in the event the City wishes to use as public right-of-way the portion of public right-of-way into which the eyebrow encroaches.
