Explanation:
Cambridge Systematics will present the findings and recommendations from a comprehensive transit planning study conducted for the City of Hollywood. Funded by the Florida Department of Transportation, this project serves as a pilot study to establish a standardized transit planning template adaptable for other municipalities. The presentation will cover key tasks, methodologies, and recommendations aimed at enhancing transit services, integrating micro-transit, and developing long-term mobility strategies within the City of Hollywood.
Attached is the Draft Transit Plan, which will be finalized following this presentation. The renewal of the existing Sun Shuttle (Circuit) contract will be presented for City Commission consideration at an upcoming Commission Meeting.

This presentation will not fiscally impact the City.
