Explanation:
On September 16, 2026, the City Attorney noted an error concerning who approved Commissioner Hernandez’s request for a City Commission Request for Review (CRR). The minutes currently state that Vice Mayor Callari and Mayor Levy supported the request; however, the correct record is that Vice Mayor Callari and Commissioner Biederman supported it.
The attached minutes have been updated under Commissioner Hernandez’s comments.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
