Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

Section 37.31 (B) of the Code of Ordinances sets forth that the CRA Board shall appoint a Vice-Chairperson.

 

A new Vice-Chairperson must be appointed as Traci Callari's appointment as Vice-Chairperson will expire on January 15, 2020.

 

The individual appointed as Vice-Chairperson will serve for a one year term, effective January 16, 2020.
