Explanation:
On January 20, 2021, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. R-2021-011 that approved the allocation of CDBG-CV funds to Hope South Florida, Inc. to provide Emergency Residential Services.
Due to the continued financial impact of the COVID-19 Health Emergency, the Department of Development Services/Community Development Division desires to provide the balance of CDBG-CV funds, originally allocated to Hope South Florida, Inc., for project delivery costs to include additional support for direct client payments for rehousing and eviction prevention.
The original contracted amount under this agreement is $46,420.80. Hope, South Florida has expended $15,011.74 and has a remaining balance of $31,409.06.
