Explanation:

The Department of Public Works seeks City Commission approval to issue the second one-year renewal of Blanket Purchase Agreement (“BPA”) PA600855 with Rooster Concrete Corp for the supply and delivery of Concrete Ready Mix. The renewal period will run from April 3, 2026, to April 2, 2027, with an annual amount up to $260,000.00.

On May 1, 2024, Resolution R-2024-139 approved the BPA for $130,000.00 annually for April 3, 2024 - April 2, 2025, with three optional one-year renewals.

On August 27, 2025, Resolution R-2025-286 approved a change order increasing the annual amount to $260,000.00.

The Director recommends approval and authorization of this second renewal at the updated annual amount.
