Explanation:

The Department of Information Technology (IT) plans to enter into a three-year Small Government Enterprise Agreement (EA) with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI).

This agreement is intended to enhance the capabilities of our Geographical Information Systems (GIS), which are utilized by various departments throughout the City for mapping services.

The expansion is crucial to incorporate additional functionality and licensing capacity into our existing system, addressing the rising user demand.

The EA will secure pricing for a three-year period from the execution date. The annual cost is $120,300.00, amounting to a total of $360,900.00 over the three years.

Fiscal Impact:

A portion of the funding for the Blanket Purchase Agreement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget in account number 557.130101.51900.546341.000000.000.000 and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budgets subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
