Explanation:
In 1984, the Paralyzed Veterans of America set aside a week to raise awareness for issues of importance to paralyzed veterans and all individuals with disabilities, and in 2011 the Paralyzed Veterans of Florida, Inc. extended awareness for the entire month of April because it is important to recognize the many sacrifices made by veterans.
The proclamation will be accepted by a representative of the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Florida Chapter.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this proclamation will not fiscally impact the city.
