Explanation:

The Hollywood Art and Culture Center, Inc., (HACC) currently plans and coordinates performing arts programs at the Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center ("HCPAC").

 

In December 19, 2012 (R-2012-397), the City of Hollywood (City) and Hollywood Art and Culture Center, Inc., entered into a one-year agreement to plan and coordinate performing arts programs at the HCPAC in the amount of $148,000.00 for the first year, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

 

The December 19, 2012 Agreement was renewed by the parties on November 6, 2013 and again on October 15, 2014 in the amount of $148,000.00 for the same terms and conditions.

 

The current agreement expired on October 14, 2015 and the parties desire to enter into a new agreement in order for HACC to continue with the performing arts programs at HCPAC for a one (1) year term with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms in the amount of $148,000.00.

 

Funding for the first one (1) year agreement has been appropriated in the City`s FY 2016 budget, account number 01.3167.00000.572.003117.
