Explanation:

The ordinance amends Chapters 72 of the Code of Ordinances to revise the definitions for Type A and B Commercial Vehicles, and place reasonable restrictions on vehicles containing advertising, marketing, or licensing information in a residential area.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

This initiative will use current resources and staffing, with no additional cost to the City.
