Staff Recommends:  Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

On August 30, 2017, the City Commission passed Ordinance No. O-2017-01, which created the Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement District to create an Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board of Supervisors (the “District Board”).

 

Ordinance No. O-2017-01 established the number of members and criteria for membership.  The Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board will consist of five members.  The members shall be owners of real property with the District throughout their terms.

 

Current board members are Andrew Cagnetta, Robert Posner, Charles Flaxman, and David Rubin.

 

Adam Greenbaum has resigned his term that expires on November 30, 2023 and the City Commission needs to appoint a replacement.
