Staff Recommends: Approval of the Attached Resolution.

Explanation:

On November 2, 2023, the City entered into a Blanket Purchase Agreement in an amount up to $43,150.00 with StreamLink Software Inc. for Grants Management Software and implementation services for the period October 31, 2023 to October 30, 2024, with two optional one-year renewal terms for up to $26,250.00 each.

On November 7, 2024, the City approved the first contract renewal period from October 30, 2024 to October 30, 2025 and a no-cost statement of work change extending the software implementation hours expiration from October 31, 2024 to January 31, 2025.

The project has experienced implementation delays. To ensure the City receives a full year of live software services, the City Manager’s Office desires to extend the implementation hours from February 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025 and the current subscription term by six months, from October 30, 2025 to April 30, 2026, at no additional cost. This change order will revise the second optional renewal period to commence from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this no-cost contract extension.
