Explanation:
Charitable giving provides an opportunity to help citizens in need. Desiring to protect the health and safety of Hollywood residents, the Hollywood City Commission directed staff to develop an Ordinance that regulates the use and location of donation bins. Additionally, the proposed Ordinance requires the issuance of a City permit for bin clothing donation bin installation.
