A compilation of videos and pictures of Dean Decker, the City of Hollywood’s Building Official, who passed away recently. A shining light in a crazy world, Dean embodied the best attributes of public service that was only outshone by how gregarious, selfless, and empathetic he was as a person. Dean’s imprint in the City as a change agent and true-believer in the work we are tasked with doing can never be understated.
