Explanation:
Section 37.31 (B) of the Code of Ordinances sets forth that the CRA Board shall appoint a Vice Chairperson.
A new Vice Chairperson must be appointed as Board Member Idelma Quintana's appointment as Vice Chairperson expired on December 3, 2025.
The individual appointed as Vice Chairperson will serve for a one-year term, effective December 4, 2025.
