Explanation:
The Employment Agreement between the City Attorney and the City of Hollywood provides for annual evaluations of performance as City Attorney. At this time, the Commission may approve amendments to the Employment Agreement.
Following action on the Resolution, an amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City Attorney and the City embodying the terms and conditions approved by the City Commission this date will be executed.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for any changes to the Employment Agreement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget.
