Explanation:

The Department of Financial Services desires to obtain Financial Advisory Services for a broad range of issues that cover the full spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by financial advisors. These services are generally divided into three categories: (1) services related to financial planning, (2) services related to debt structuring and issuance, and (3) services related to cost-benefit/risk analysis and related analytical due diligence relative to proposals for major public/private development projects.

On an as needed basis, the Financial Advisor will perform financial/analytical services for a variety of assignments as requested by the Financial Services Department in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.  The selected firm will be considered a partner in the City’s Financial Management Team and will therefore be relied upon to provide timely services.

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for the Agreement is available in the FY 2025 Operating Budget in account 001.120101.51300.531300.000.000.
