Explanation:
BOZ Hollywood Bread Owner, LLC is the owner and developer of the mixed-use development known as the Bread Building, located at the southeast corner of State Road 5 (South Federal Highway/U.S. 1) and South Young Circle. The project consists of 326 residential units and ground-floor commercial space, including the future relocation of Walgreens from its current downtown location.

As part of the City's original development approval, the owner was required to install landscape, irrigation, root barriers, streetlights, specialty concrete pathways, ramps, steps, curbing, and site furnishings within the State Road 5 and South Young Circle rights-of-way under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT"). There was also the need to accommodate the relocation of the existing Walgreens with at-grade parking, commonly referred to as the Parking Pod fronting Young Circle. The City is currently pursuing a separate lease agreement with FDOT to lease this area.
