Explanation:
Feeding South Florida® has worked to end hunger in the City of Hollywood by providing our community in need with immediate access to nutritious food.
The Community Enhancement Collaboration (CEC) has a food pantry that provides nutritious meals to needy families, daily, weekly, and annually through the assistance of Feeding South Florida to many of Hollywood’s residents.
The proclamation will be accepted by a representative from Feeding South Florida® and Nadine McCrea, Founder, Community Enhancement Collaboration.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this proclamation will not fiscally impact the City.
