Staff Recommends:  Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

The Office of Communications, Marketing and Economic Development (“CMED”) desires to purchase printing, list and mail preparation services for the City’s New Horizons Newsletter.

 

On August 22, 2022, the City posted an invitation for bid asking suppliers to provide pricing for services including printing, list and mail preparation outlined in the responsible and responsive section of the Bid.

 

A total of two bids were received from the following vendors:

 

                     Cay Industries, Inc. dba Print Dynamics

                     Original Impressions LLC

 

Print Dynamics has satisfactorily performed these services for the City in the past and the Director of CMED and the Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission authorize the execution a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Print Dynamics for a two-year period, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods, in the annual amount of $130,084.00.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this Blanket Purchase Agreement is available in the FY 2023 Operating Budget in account number 557.113001.51900.531170.000000.000.000.
