Explanation:
The Employment Agreement between the City Manager and the City of Hollywood provides for annual evaluations of performance as City Manager.
Execute an amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City Manager and the City embodying the terms and conditions approved by the City Commission this date.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for any changes to the Employment Agreement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget.
