The Public Works Director and the Environmental Services Manager negotiated with key staff from Waste Pro on specific points of interest to be amended which are beneficial for both the City and Waste Pro.
Current service schedule provided by Waste Pro will remain the same.
Based on the negotiations with Waste Pro, below are some key proposed changes:
1. Waste Pro to supply 2700 replacement carts per year until end of agreement.

3. Waste Pro will supply roll off containers for all City events at no cost.
4. Waste Pro is no longer responsible for disposal, only collection services.
5. Waste Pro will provide collection service for illegal dumping at no cost.
