Explanation:
The Information Technology Department desires to purchase services to maintain Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) services (“Services”). This includes Software as a Service Oracle Subscription Licenses, Platform as a Service Oracle Subscription License, and Infrastructure as a Service Oracle Subscription License. The Department needs this managed services contract to maintain, support and enhance the current Oracle system with a value-based dashboard, including but not limited to data analysis that will fine-tune business processes.
Two proposals were received from the following vendors: Application Software Technology, LLC (“AST”) as a contract extension, and Mythics, Inc. for a Piggyback of OMNIA Partners Contract Number: R190801.
The Oracle Governance Committee consisting of representatives from Human Resources, Information Technology, Budget & Performance Management, Procurement Services, and Financial Services invited both firms to do oral presentations on August 30, 2022. After careful evaluation of the value-added analytics, the Committee chose to enter into an agreement with Mythics, Inc.
Fiscal Impact:
A portion of the funding for this service is available in the FY 2023 Operating Budget of the Department of Information Technology account number 557.130101.51900.564420.000000.000.000 and Capital Improvement Plan of the Department of Development Services Building Division’s account number 334.149901.54100.564420.001343.000.000 and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal year’s budget subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
