Explanation:
The Department of Public Works desires to obtain Clean Ambassador Program Services (“Services”) to enhance maintenance, cleanliness, and overall hospitality within designated areas of the Downtown Hollywood District.
Request for Proposals Number RFP-383-26-OT (“RFP”) was electronically advertised on OpenGov.com to solicit the desired Services on April 30, 2026.
On June 1, 2026, six firms submitted their proposal in response to the RFP:

The Selection Committee recommends that the City Commission authorize entering into an agreement with the top ranked firm, Mydatt Services, Inc., d/b/a. Block by Block, for a five-year term with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods.
Fiscal Impact:
A portion of the funding for the Agreement is available in the FY 2026 CRA Operating Budget in account number 166.668602.55200.552010.000000.000.000, and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budget subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
