Explanation:

On June 4, 2025, the City Commission approved Resolution No. R-2025-183 authorizing a Blanket Purchase Agreement with T2 Systems, Inc. for webhosting, maintenance, and warranty services for the City’s parking pay stations. The Department of Parking and Code Compliance is seeking approval to execute an agreement with T2 Systems, Inc., to add the T2 UPsafety Permits and Enforcement Software Solution for the City’s parking enforcement and police beach enforcement operations.

 

The proposed purchase includes software subscriptions/hardware, training, maintenance, handheld printers, associated supplies (up to $223,134.00) and a contingency for unexpected repairs and replacements (up to $73,000.00) necessary to support the City’s parking enforcement and police beach enforcement operations, for a total amount of $296,134.00.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

A portion of the funding for this agreement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget and FY 2026 Capital Improvement Plan in account numbers 446.159901.54500.564420.001493.000.000, 446.150102.54500.552140.000000.000.000, 446.150101.54500.552280.000000.000.000, and  001.204001.52100.564420.000000.000.000 and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budget subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
