Explanation:

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts (“PRCA”) requires a Management Agreement (“Agreement”) with a qualified cultural programming organization to operate, manage, and program the ArtsPark at Young Circle (“Facility”) in Downtown Hollywood.

The Rhythm Foundation, Inc. (“Rhythm Foundation”) is a Florida not-for-profit 501(c)(3) arts organization with a mission to increase international awareness and cultural exchange through live music and related programming.

The Rhythm Foundation has a proven track record of producing high-quality cultural events and has successfully partnered with the City for over 15 years.

The Agreement provides for the Rhythm Foundation to produce a minimum of twelve (12) events annually, manage all aspects of booking, concessions, and sponsorships, and maintain the Facility in good condition.

The Agreement is also subject to Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts receiving all insurance documentation required and approved by the City’s Risk Manager, along with signed statements of Hold Harmless and Indemnity in favor of the City.
