Explanation:
This item is presented with companion item 14-F-92 (PO-2015-01); allocation of 61 Affordable Housing Units. In an effort to save on printing costs and eliminate unnecessary duplication, project details including the conceptual site plan will only be provided with the companion item.
 
The Hollywood Housing Authority and RUDG LLC. (Applicant) requests verification of conceptual site plan approval for redevelopment of the existing Apollo Terrace (30 Units) at 970 N. 66th Terrace. The new project, Parc View Apartments, proposes a 95 unit affordable senior housing development. To accomplish this density, the allocation of Affordable Housing Units are necessary; see companion item.  (PO-2015-01).
 
Upon the issuance of a Resolution to do so, the Applicant will submit the Florida Housing Finance Corporation's Local Government Verification of Status of Site Plan Approval for Multifamily Developments. The content therein verifies conceptual review of the site plan and zoning designations while acknowledging the necessity to complete a formal process for final site plan approval. Upon favorable decision of the City Commission, the appropriate City official(s) will execute this form.
