The Department of Design and Construction Management (“DCM”) requested a proposal for additional services from Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC, and negotiated the scope of services in the amount of $42,213.75 under Authorization to Proceed (“ATP”) No. 8, to provide architectural design services for furniture plan changes and for the removal of the generator and automatic transfer switch from the electrical plans, third amendment to the Ground Lease and additional contract administration fees due to escalation.

On November 6, 2023, the City Manager approved ATP No. 8, via emergency Memo No. PR-24-012, in the amount of $42,213.75, for additional services for furniture plan changes requested by the end user and removal of the generator and automatic transfer switch from the electrical plans.
