Explanation:
The City is required to perform the annual Large User True-up Reports (Large User True-up and RRI True-up) and the FY 2018 Large User Rate Estimate per the Large User Agreement dated October 1, 1990.
The Department of Public Utilities requested a proposal from Lighthouse Utility Consulting to provide consulting services with regard to various water and sewer rates, financial analysis and revenue projections, various financial reports, installation and training on a rate model to be used for all rate studies and financial projections and true-up report and other services as detailed in RFQ 4464-15-RL.
Lighthouse Utility Consulting and the City of Hollywood have a Professional Services Agreement for Consulting Services for water and sewer rates as well as financial reports, including True-up reporting, which was authorized by City Commission Resolution R-2015-250 on August 26, 2015.
The Administration recommends that the City Commission authorize the appropriate City Officials to execute the attached Authorization to Proceed for Work Order No. LH-17-01 between Lighthouse Utility Consulting and the City of Hollywood, together with such nonmaterial changes as may be subsequently agreed to by the City Attorney, for a not to exceed amount of $67,320.00.
